فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعۡدَ ذَ ٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَـٰسِقُونَ ٨٢

faman tawallā baʿda dhālika fa-ulāika humu l-fāsiqūn
